Lamb Marinade

crushed garlic
1 cup French dressing
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. barbeque spice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano — little more
1 bay leaf crushed
Place meat on rack, fat side up
45 mins-1 hour turn frequently
baste — brush meat w/marinade
broil {?} far from heat — 10 minutes on each side (oven 450 degrees 30-35 min)

This is the recipe, such as it is. Dad cooked it on the grill. The aroma was splendid. Shawn, the Irish Setter, from several blocks away, would come immediately.
