2/3 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. barbeque spice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano little more
1 bay leaf crushed
Place meat on rack, fat side up
45 mins-1 hour turn frequently
baste brush meat w/marinade
broil {?} far from heat 10 minutes on each side (oven 450 degrees
30-35 min)
This is the
recipe, such as it is. Dad cooked it on the grill. The aroma was splendid.
